CMD’s Ergonomic Air and Motion Arms: Made in Sheffield

We are delighted to announce that our Air and Motion arms have been recognised as being ‘Made in Sheffield®‘.

We’re very proud that our product has been awarded Made in Sheffield® status, as the mark is synonymous with quality and has been granted to many well respected local companies. Made in Sheffield® host an annual awards dinner, and another Rotherham based business was successful at 2011′s ceremony when industrial seal makers AESSEAL won the Innovation Award.

CMD’s new Air and Motion screen arms are lightweight, streamlined and designed with both practicality and aesthetic appeal in mind. 95% of the parts used in the making of our Air and Motion Arms are sourced in the UK, with 80% sourced locally. They have been awarded the Made in Sheffield® mark as they are fully designed and built in the city, a fact we are very proud of.

Our Air product is gas assisted, which allows the arm to freely, effortlessly move across the desk into a natural and comfortable position. Motion is a more affordable alternative, which offers the same ergonomic benefits and is available in double configurations for users with two screens. We even have a slatwall bracket that allows those who prefer a clear desk to position their monitor on the wall.
In manufacturing our Made in Sheffield® Air and Motion arms, we use high quality, sustainable materials that are, where possible, recycled or recyclable and pose no threat to the environment. We put our arms through an intensive testing process in order to ensure their quality and safety, and both Air and Motion fully satisfy British and European ergonomic standards.
