The ISO accreditation is a globally recognised quality standard, which is awarded to companies that meet a high standard for the way in which they implement internal business processes. Companies are required to demonstrate quality control for every aspect of the business process throughout the organisation ensuring customer service excellence is delivered and continually improved upon.
Most businesses are now finding that ISO 9001 accreditation is vital when it comes to winning new contracts in today's competitive market place. On a regular basis stringent requirements have to be met and excellent management systems, with the emphasis on the quality of service extended to customers; need to be demonstrated. This ongoing compliance to ISO 9001 is always monitored by an independent surveillance authority to ensure that "in house" bias is overcome and that the Quality System in operation not only meets the levels of service that clients may expect but also continuously strives to improve quality.

The UKAS level of service is a recognised symbol as the industry mark of quality. This gives you confidence that CMD’s manufacturing processes have been carried out to the high standards required by UKAS and that all measurements can be traced back to UK national standards for all three of their manufacturing sites and office locations; Rotherham (Head Office), Preston & their London showroom (Clerkenwell, EC1).
