CMD PREPARES TO WOW THE INTERIORS MARKET AS A LEAD SPONSOR

CMD Ltd, the specialist in power, connectivity, and ergonomic solutions for commercial interior projects is to attend the inaugural Virtual Interiors Event as a lead sponsor.

The online event, which takes place on 24th and 25th February, has been devised to create a virtual networking and knowledge sharing environment for all aspects of the office commercial interiors supply chain, including architects and interior designers, specifiers and end users.  As a lead sponsor, CMD Ltd will be presenting sessions on both days of the event, as well as hosting its own virtual EXPO and fielding a team of experts for Q&As and networking.

The company is also planning to launch three new products at the event, one of which has been developed in collaboration with product designer, Andrew Wills, the creative mind behind the industry-leading Wishbone and Flo monitor arms. The innovative new product will be unveiled for the first time at CMD Ltd’s online presentation during the show, which takes place at 3.00p.m. on 24th and 2.00p.m.on 25th February.

Alongside this new product launch, CMD Ltd will showcase the company’s new Reach HD spring-assisted monitor arm; a stylish new addition to the Reach range of monitor arms, which is designed to support a combined, total weight range of 6kgs to 15kgs in either single or dual screen format.

This addition to CMD Ltd’s popular Capsule range includes a PD65W USB Type C power supply for charging power-hungry devices, such as laptops and MacBooks and includes 2 keystones which can house either RJ45 or HDMI ports, depending on data and AV requirements.

CMD Ltd will also showcase its homeworking range at The Virtual Interiors Event, including a Homeworker Workstation package, which includes a Reach HD spring-assisted monitor arm with quick release VESA, a Capsule on desk power module with dual port Type A and C adaptive fast charger, and an Elite+ under desk power module with 4x UK sockets.

Stephen Roberts, head of sales at CMD Ltd comments: “The commercial interiors sector usually relies on trade shows and showroom visits to discover the latest industry trends and product development initiatives and to network with customers and suppliers.

“Unfortunately those events and showroom visits can’t occur at the moment but The Virtual Interiors Event is a great platform to explore the latest industry developments and keep in touch with colleagues and contracts from across the industry, which is why we decided to support the initiative as a lead sponsor. It’s also a great place for us to showcase the innovation that’s been happening at CMD ltd over the past year. We’re excited to unveil our new products, in particular what we have developed with Andrew Wills, it’s completely unique and we are certain it will turn heads at the show and become a game changer in our sector.”

Beth Harrison from The Virtual Interiors Event adds: “CMD Ltd is a company known for quality, expertise and innovation in the commercial interiors sector. We were delighted when they agreed to get on board as a lead sponsor and we can’t wait to see what they’ve been working on when they unveil their new product during their presentation with Andrew Wills.”
