Porthole power and data module converts any 80mm grommet hole into an through desk power and data solution. With a stylish and compact design, Porthole is the perfect choice for space saving installations, discreet power solutions  (Porthole can be installed into ‘soft furnishings’) or hot desking environments.

Product Options

The module is supplied with 1 x UK power socket as standard, but has the option to add in:

• USB charging
• USB data transfer
• HDMI
• Data
• 3.5mm Audio Jack

Available in three colours: Black, White or Grey, with a matching finished trim.

Fixing

Porthole is simple to install. If you have an existing 80mm grommet hole in your desk simply place the barrel of the module into the grommet hole and use the barrel nut (103.5mm diameter) to secure the unit to the desk.

Safety

• Individually fused sockets (Choice of either 3.15A or 5A)
• Lip ensures that spillages cannot enter the module.
• 1m Mains lead to 3 pole connector (Suitable for connecting to an Elite+ under desk power module)
• Independently certified to BS 5733
• Suitable for use in BS6396 installations

Notes

• Cables: White and grey modules are supplied with white cables and black modules are supplied with black cables.
• Data Cables: CMD cannot accept any responsibility or liability for providing category 6 performance in products supplied. CMD cannot accept any responsibility or liability for providing HDMI performance in products supplied over 5m in length.
• Fuses: Only accessible after removal of equipment plug.
• Lead Lengths: All lead lengths are approximate and subject to tolerance. Lead lengths shown will be the conductor length and not the distance from the end of the module to the plug. For example, a 3m prewired power lead will be approximately 2.875m as 125mm will be internal for the termination. This is also applicable for data leads.
• Data fascias may be subject to colour change.
